Enhanced Commissioning totals up to 6 points in v4 BD+C and up to 4 points in v5. Points vary by rating system; we confirm them against your scorecard.

We lead enclosure Cx to ASTM E2947: design review, submittal review and field observation. Air leakage, water penetration and infrared tests are run by a certified testing agency and witnessed by us, the same way your TAB agency balances and we verify.
The record that commissioned the building keeps running after occupancy: quarterly anomaly summaries, annual reports and system reviews, with every finding tracked to closure.
Your client needs an independent CxA. We join your team, work to your schedule and hand you commissioning documentation ready to upload, written by people who have prepared LEED submittals themselves.

When the CxA also understands the credits and the energy model, nothing falls between consultants.
Under LEED v5, the CxA must be engaged by schematic design at the latest. Under v4 and v4.1 the Enhanced credit also expects early involvement. The earlier we start, the more design issues are fixed on paper instead of on site.
Yes. We are not part of the design team or the contractor, and we do not perform TAB or enclosure testing ourselves. We review and witness the work of those who do.
Yes. MAS Dynamics has delivered LEED consulting on about 100 projects worldwide, and worked on 20 Platinum projects as LEED consultant or energy modeler. On your project we can be the CxA only, or both, depending on what your team needs.
For v4 and v4.1 projects it is often still recoverable; for v5 the early design tasks are required. Talk to us first, and if turnover is close, see Cx Rescue.
